I found 1 Lickitung in Right Side Area. Thanks for the Help!

Hi everyone. I see in pokedex that Lickitung is in Zafari Zone of Kanto. But i look for a Lickitung like 1-2 hours and i cant find him. Is he in Central zone ? Area 1 ? Area 2 ? or Area 3 ? I look forum threads and post that say he is in Area 2 or 3, but i dont pretty sure if that information is true. Someone really know where Lickitung appears ? Thanks
