So there is an NPC in the Kanto region's Indigo League that will make PP Up for you for 9 berry powder and 1 white herb The same NPC also makes the pp max, rare candy, and other items! Does anyone know if theres a shop in game selling these or a way to make them? (besides gtl)

So im trying to use it on pokemmo. I patched it with lunar. I applied the new patched file to the game. and no moemon. I ensured the rom was v1.0 untouched and pure. There is no longer any option that I can see to disable DS sprites. what should I do?
