So there is an NPC in the Kanto region's Indigo League that will make PP Up for you for 9 berry powder and 1 white herb The same NPC also makes the pp max, rare candy, and other items! Does anyone know if theres a shop in game selling these or a way to make them? (besides gtl)

ya I considered it but if someone was willing to sell cheaper than those GTL prices that would be even better. I did buy a 3x31 dweeble on there recently to make my hera a 3x31 natured with egg moves. still need more to get to 5x31.
