Can dust clouds appear in Unova's caves and dungeons (e.g. Wellspring Cave, Mistralton Cave etc.)?

Hello, I am a long-time player of PokeMMO and recently started playing the newly announced Sinnoh Region(btw i was waiting for this since last March lol Sinnoh is my favorite region). While looking at the Platinum Pokedex to see which ones I should add to my party list. I saw Spiritomb and wanted to ass it because of how much fun it was to play in the underground in the original game. Long-story-short, my question is: Is Spiritomb obtainable in PokeMMO, and if so, how? Without the Underground minigame, weren't there be no way of getting it because the function is yet implemented(btw haven't gone far into it so i'm sorry if the answer turns out to be really simple lol)?

If you can, can you please add all the music from Sinnoh, including the caves and important places, into the regions of Kanto, Hoenn, and/or Unova. It would be cool if they had the DPP OST instead of their own. For example, Pallet/Littleroot/Nuvema Town could have the music of Twinleaf Town. This would be really cool to have and you'd be an absolute god if you did this.

Some of the time, like when I log into my character or fly somewhere, the music will become distorted until I leave the area, or even crash my PokeMMO. I really love the Sinnoh soundtrack and I did see you put a lot of work into this music mod, but if you have a reason for why this happens, or if you have a newer version of this mod, then please let me know. If you have a Pokemon that has a maxed level cap, can you use a Rare Candy? If so, what will the Rare Candy do to that said Pokemon? I don't want to risk my added exp getting restarted before I use one, so I want to ask before I do.
