Yes, it is possible. Kyu has said in the past that they plan to add the Sinnoh region eventually, but there is no ETA at this time.

I agree with this. I was simply pointing out that this suggestion was not made because they dislike Spanish speaking players, rather because they continually break this rule. Your original post made it sound like they want people punished simply for speaking Spanish, which is not the case. You can speak Spanish as much as you want, as long as you follow the rule of providing an English translation.

This is wrong though, as the rules state that all posts on the forums must be in English or include an English translation. That's what the issue here is, the amount of threads that don't follow this rule, thus wanting them to be punished in some way.

Google translate isn't very helpful here, but it seems like you dislike the difference in graphics from the original games and PokeMMO? If that's the case, we do have seasons that change every month thus the graphics won't always look the same as the original games. I may be completely wrong here, as again Google translate isn't very good.

I assume that change was made to prevent bots/spamming and 1 badge really isn't that long into the game. Although I would like to see whispers changed, doesn't make much sense if two people start playing together and can't talk in-game privately. I think Global/Channel/Trade is fine though.

As far as your actual "suggestion" goes, they have plans to eventually add Johto & Sinnoh, but that most likely won't be for awhile. Everything else on your list is probably unlikely, seeing as these things take time to develop. Unova alone took a year to develop and that still isn't complete, so I wouldn't get your hopes up.
