It's purpose is to stop the daycare from teaching your pokemon moves as they level up, it could be a held item you give to the poke before you deposit them, or the daycare woman could have a dialogue that goes like "Oh is that a amnesia token?" >>> "Would you like to use it on this pokemon?" >>> *Y/N*. As for acquiring them, i thought they could be picked up as a random item outside of battle anywhere (not dependant on location). And they could be tradeable to create new ways of making money on the GTL. As for the drop rate, i think they should be pretty rare to come across.

I think he was referring the boxer as if it was the pokemon, not the boxer being the user.

I think the "blind ladder" seemed like a decent alternative (where you wont be able to see who is fighting who until the battle starts), even making it so people who are competing cannot spectate would help out a little bit.

Right click > "vote to kick/change channel" > if enough people vote then they get prompted with the list of languages and they choose the respective one EZPZ P.S. This would probably need the game to check the chat and see the ratio of Correct language : spanish before it kicks to avoid this being used as a troll tool
