i will simply not vote for some that i have no idea how many players will be avaibable to play that tiers
we should have a list of players who want to play that tiers / know some about them before determine what tier will be

Experience: Just played last season, best dubs and breakout player of the worst season, maybe that is why i was best dubs and breakout player. I was around watching psl 7 and 8.
Motivation: I dont want to play pvp (for now, at least), and i like this things of managing, i always try to help my teammates with what i can. I just want another signature.
Fluff: I have a lot of time for this, Im bad, so i cant couch. if you take me i will make the return of mlhawk wiri and fire to psl

Spoiler- Can I stay active through the whole season? Yes, but i dont know what can happen in the future.
- Can I communicate well with my players? My english is bad, but i try to comunicate the best i can when i talk it.
- Can I handle team finances? Yes i think.
- Can I keep an eye on my players and those of the opponent? Maybe.
- Do I have knowledge of the competitive scene and the players? A bit.
- Will I keep interest, even when I'm on the losing side? Yes ofc.
- Do I understand and can I make my players understand the terms & conditions of the PSL? Yes, i suppose.
- Will I maintain respect for my host and the decisions they make? Yes, unless i feel they make very bad decisions.
- Do I have the availability to manage a team, participate in a draft, and respond to the host whenever a question presents itself? Yes.
I will add some other thing later

trades are needed, just do some about it, like give a time in the first 2 weeks of the psl to make trades and only 2 trades, so the managers can see if they need a new player for "x" tier, and like someone said in this thread before, give the power to the host to accept or reject the trades, the managers need to say why they want the trade with good arguments, and if 2 of the 3 hosts accept this, the trasfer can be made
i dont know if it is a good thing, im just looking for options, anything is better than eliminating transfers
i just said an option, dont need to be only 2 trades or 2 weeks

why not just create an hidden ability pill, and give it like a possible reward for the dungeons or some like that?, what will happen with mons like the dragonite prize of the mewtwo seasonal and other prizes of the past?
