I may be unaware of some incentives of being a CM or MOD, but I agree to believe that they should be paid with an in-game money. While it may strip them the prospect of the word "volunteer" considering the addition of paying them, that's worth enough since they were stripped of participating in events and have to spend their time and knowledge when hosting an event.

Yes, this is quite a good suggestions. I love watching tournaments replays, but sometimes stalls and walls pokemons increase the battle time up to approximately an hour. Thus, I also hope for the developers to implement a button of fast forward like x1.5, x2 for battle replays or a button function for next move or previous move so it doesn't consume time in viewing replays.
