I think they won't add kalos. They don't have a big staff, if it needs like 2 years for each region: for a region that's totally 3d they will need some more staff and no less than 3 or 4 years. In the other hand, they can create a kalos with actual graphics (like a hack-rom), but no less than 2 or 3 years.

I don't think so, there are some pokemon who could ohko or 2hko it

Hidden abilities could change some thing in actual pvp. I'm totally grateful with the staff adding sinnoh so soon, but some things that are normal in the original game are not in pokemmo (yet?)
