I'm trying to get little mushrooms for the move relearner but nothing seems to happen when I use thief on paras, even though bulbapedia says there is a 50% chance they carry it. Any help would be appreciated.

Is it possible to see other people's pokemon levels when they are not in a battle, so I can choose someone similar to me to battle? I know there is pvp but i haven't completed the storyline yet

so i can't get any heart scales until i reach victory road?

how do you find heart scales without luvdisc because i haven't got to evergrande city yet? I tried looking up locations on youtube but when I use item finder on the same spot nothing is showing up.
