Can do. We don't have any interest in maintaining an off topic board and will not be doing so for the foreseeable future. Regarding this, though; From what I had read in the original "Off Topic Suggestions" thread, the frequenters of the board were desperate for less moderation, not more. We're not willing to provide /b/: PokeMMO Edition, so I doubt that anybody would have been happy with that. There are plenty of free forum hosts for those who do want an unmoderated board for their team/friends though, as I'm sure someone has already found.

It's debatable whether it's a 'big flaw'. It provides imperfect information, but it does allow you to predict whether a person has made a move immediately and it definitely changes how the game is played. Desu's against changing it because it allows you to mindgame your opponent by spending more / less time on a move. Whether anybody would actually do that with our current times is another matter, but the potential to screw with them is there and he's a fan of that. I'd like to see some matches with it prior to the patch being deployed. Shame that nobody did the PTS OU tourney with all the dumb forum drama though.

A payment processing error occurred in this person's case which caused multiple charges to occur simultaneously. When these were reversed by the payment processor, our server thought a chargeback occurred. Automated bans occur for chargebacks to help protect us from fraud, but in cases where the payment processor is at fault it can lead to issues like this. Should anyone else be affected by payment processing issues similar to this, make a Support Request and we'll make sure it's taken care of.

I dunno. Even then it sounds like a lot of effort. I don't have anything to do with this and it doesn't matter what I think. I'm just procrastinating on making PTS content. It's the mod team's decision how they want to moderate the board, because they're the ones that have to deal with you all every day. We (the admins) are just here to make sure they don't do anything dumb, like the "Let banned users make alt accounts forever because they're my friends and because this board shouldn't be subject to rules" that somebody suggested earlier. Yeah

Board policies are still subjects of debate and a meeting will occur between admins/mods to discuss them, soon. It will probably be unlocked some time next week.

Requiring players to do their VS Seeker runs only during the day sounds pretty terrible. If we allowed multiple charges which could be depleted, then it would still prohibit them from being indoors during the 3h daytime sessions. This is assuming we add solar panel support obviously. The swing harvesters required for the current implementation were a massive pain. No idea how they got that working on GBA.
