Either way I didn't come here to post to cause drama, if I have caused any drama i sincerely apologize, as i told sweet I simply hate seeing the potential this team had squandered. I'm sorry of the observations I made in regards to RISE caused any offense whatsoever. I'll be leaving the thread now, hopefully you can continue to recover one day.

Considering your resume includes; 1. losing the vast majority as in 75% of your duels 2. getting ran out of huro after failing as a rank there 3. trying to make your own team and having that die in a week 4. trying really hard for a rank in a team that suffered an exodus I don't see yourself being the one to right the ship.

With ranks like you there's nothing to get, you're literally destroying yourselves from the inside and my team is reaping the rewards.

Yes losing 30 members in a week, including all your good members is stable, with officer's such as yourself it's no wonder your team is the epitome of stability...lol

Seems like most of the teams good quality members/ranks are now apart of either BREW or in KO[;) ] I wish those who decided to stay the best of luck, it seems you still have not gotten rid of the bad apples though...

Well, I can't speak for anyone besides my self but I know for a fact your team would very likely be swiftly defeated, and as I've said given what i know about the workings of your team from disgruntled members I have personally spoken to, such as the fact you accept other teams alt accounts as valued members, the fact your team doesn't value the members and talent you have and force them out(into others arms ;) ) as I have said your only skilled player currently is probably sweet, who is quite good i might add, The current ranks in your team are made mostly of sycophants with no skill in the pokemon arena and no business in a competitive duel against another team, if you wish to step up to the plate i suggest finding some lesser skilled team to do battle with, to improve both your mechanics, decision making and overall skills and game knowledge. Either way given what I know about your team with my contacts inside of it, I can't see a very bright future in store, unless some significant changes are made( Remember if you need any advice on crisis management I can be reached on these forums). Either way I have wasted enough of my precious and valuable time on this thread, you know where your team stands and i do HOPE you can recover from your recent losses, I have seen many teams go through hard times and crumble due to inept leadership but like I said i am always here if you need anything. Hehe, It's comical you replied in such an immature way but given the current state of disarray in Rise I can't say I blame you for being defensive, you have been bleeding members for some time since the merge and you have lost the majority of your talent (excluding sweet who is quite skilled) but given what I know from the members I have spoken to things are not quite right in your team. I have personally never lost a duel to any current rise members excluding sweet so I am well aware of the shortcomings of your team and it's officials. If any of you need any help or advice in terms of crisis management feel free to PM me at ANY time and i will give you some advice, because it's sad to see a team with such potential crumbling as fast as it grew.

It's comical you replied like that to say the least, but given the state of your team and the general consensus of your members I've personally spoken to, it seems it isn't quite a sunny day at the beach ;), I think maybe with some perseverance and hard work your team may improve to an acceptable level, but as it stands you have lost the majority of your talent ^.^

On the other hand you can't blame former rise members for wanting to join a better team ^.^
