I did all raids (done Excadrill at the time of writing) using the queue and I think it is not too bad.
in one of the raid, my connection was disturbed and I was forced to login and out every turn, eventually I was forced to terminate.
Other than that, the matchmaking is looking okay for me
the only raid I cant beat until now is Braviary :v

Great work, I would love to see if the Pokedex could filter Horde and EV gain
it would be superb if you would add that

when I tried to come online, and server was full.
Could not even queue then my friend told me Alpha Garchomp just appeared.
Tried to squeeze in for 30 mins and finally I am in the queue.
Bye Alpha Garchomp, I know I cant make it on time.

If you everstone either parent, you have chance to get a lowest

Due to different mechanic for shiny, I believe most people will do 2+2 for a chance to get 4x31 (and 3+3 to have a chance for 5x31)
If you have a natured 1x31, how would you gamble with it?
1x31 nat + 2x31/3x31?
And if you choose to everstone nature, you will gamble on the 20% everytime until you get your final target of IVs

Imo always go for IV first
Costs increased drastically if you go route 2

totally agreed.
I bought Alpha Gliscor and some other alpha (0 ev) BUT gave some TMs (eg Thunder for Jolteon) and managed to do all raid solo-queing
