Hello! What is the real capture rate of Ditto in PokeMMO? What is the real capture rate of Repeat and Time pokeballs today? In official games, Ditto can be captured with repeat ball (2% hp or less, sleeping) with 100% catch rate. We know they are different from original games here, but, what is the real numeric value now in PokéMMO?

What is the difference between 2 pokémon IVs like: Example: Charizard lv 100 - EVs = 0 - Attack IV = 15 - Stats in attack = 100 - This is the normal pokémon, so what is the vantage and disadvantage of 0 and 31 pokémon? Charizard lv 100 - EVs = 0 - Attack IV = 31 - Stats in attack = ??? Charizard lv 100 - EVs = 0 - Attack IV = 0 - Stats in attack = ??? Again, I'm sorry for my english.
