My friend and I were talking recently about how the trainer sprite in battle is default Gen1 Trainer (or Red/Green as some may call them) and that currently they do not feature any of the customization options such as hairstyle, hair color, and clothing. I myself am a pixel artist and figured it'd be pretty easy to make templates for each customization option given in the beginning. All the other vanity items would be a bit more difficult, but it would be very worth it I would think. I'd be more likely to buy the vanity items knowing they'd show up not only on my small sprite that runs around, but on my battle sprite as well. It's a bit of a stretch but if I got paid, I'd totally be willing to help draw all the customization options. I couldn't code them into the game, I'm an artist not a code geek, but I'm sure someone on the Pokemmo team or elsewhere could implement the art. I'd probably need more than just myself working on the art though. I'm sure there'd be plenty of items to be drawn in. Then again... I don't even know if Pokemmo pays their current team. For all I know, it's a group of friends/people who are just working on it in their spare time when they feel like it, and doing it for free out of the goodness in their hearts (<3 How sweet.) Anyways, I just wanted to share the thought. It's nice to imagine working on this mod in someway. Anyone have any thoughts they want to share on the matter or maybe further ideas/info?
