Ah, just double checked thanks guys. This seemed to be more of a problem regarding breeding. But I just checked three different sites, and it seems impossible. Well, time to train a smeargle.

It isn't in Persian's learn set. But I saw a Charmander with ancient power and thunder punch and that isn't in it's learn set either. This image is from this guide, but it's rather outdated and don't know if it works.

I know this is possible in the generation four games because False Swipe is a TM but since we use the gen three move list, I really don't think this is possible, even by breeding. Can anyone confirm?

The mod isn't working for me, Idk if it's like that for anyone else. Edit: Fixed it :)
