Hello folks , i did reinstall my PokeMMo while providing my username/password i was suprised by this "New Character" knowing that i already have a old character. my question is that i did lose my old character or what ? and how can i bring my old character back after placing my ID informations etc.. thank you for help

hi there, so basically im playing on emerald generation idk which part exactly but i just arrived to sotopolis city and successed to raise to kyogre's n Groudon caves now they are fighting in sotopolic city and im supposed to wake ryquaza up or smth in order to fly towards them but when i tried to get in Ryquaza's cave i found it closed so what im supposed to do?

it is even possible ?
