Welcome Twan to the PokeMMO community! Tbh I would say do Unova first then Johto, then hoenn then sinnoh then kanto since the Unova is the lowest lv cap of 56 (when you get to the elite four) and kanto is the highest lvl cap of 62 (when you get to the elite four)
