The idea is to assign a Pokeball buton (In the keyboard) and in battle system menu where you can pre-assign a Pokeball and press that button to throw it. With that you don't have to go to the Bag and search the Pokeball (Something that can be very tedious when you are hunting breeds). Hope you take the time to read my suggestion.
