  1. Judging from skipping through the video it's about breeding, not the day cares which level up your Pokemon. This, and: Can staff confirm that Pokemon replace existing moves with newly learned ones?
  2. From what I've read there are three day cares in PokeMMO. Two are in Kanto, one in Route 5 and the other one on Four Island, and one in Hoenn in Route 117. Unlike in the original games Pokemons in day cares do not exp for each step but instead either get 60% exp from battles or 50% from battles against wild Pokemons and 30% from battles against trainers (I've read contradicting information about this). What about new moves? In the original game a Pokemon in the day cares automatically replaces existing moves with new ones as it learns them during level-up, has this been removed in PokeMMO?
  3. You mean the addition of Special / Swift Choice Bands? Yeah, just read that, too.

Skarmory takes advantage of that by planting Spikes, and in addition functions as the physical wall of the team. A defensive Starmie rounds up the resistances, and serves as a special attacker and as the spinner of the team. Those three are the core of the team. Next are Swampert and/or Metagross. They add more resistances to the team and serves as physical attackers. Both could properly also serve as leads. Which one should I choose? Should I change their builds, e.g. into a Choice Band Metagross? Or maybe a totally different Pokemon would fit better into the core team? Next is the special wall. I lean towards Dusclops, as it can somewhat serve as a physical wall as well, hampers physical attackers with Will-O-Wisp, damages special attackers with Toxic and prevent enemy spinners from doing their job. It can also absorb a Focus Punch from Focus Band Heracross. However, Gardevoir could serve as a cleric and hamper physical attackers as well, however cannot withstand physical attacks. Would it make more sense to run Toxic on my Skarmory when I replace Dusciops with Gardevoir? Now I wanted a second physical attacker, and as my team until now has two to three Pokemon with weakness to fire I wanted a fire Pokemon, or at least one that is resistant to fire. Blaziken has two STABs, great coverage, but it is somewhat fragile and slow. Arcanine adds a +1 priority and a dark attack, both of which my team is missing. Another option would be Flygon, as without Swampert I have no STAB Earthquake. What Pokemons should I choose? Can one build a solid team out of these? Is there any huge weakness my team has that needs to be fixed?
  5. How exactly does breeding works regarding egg attacks (attacks that can be only learned by breeding)? Which generation's rules it follows regarding that? Lets say e.g. I want my Skarmory to learn Brave Bird (lets ignore that afaik no Pokemon can learn this attack yet) and Whirlwind. Can the father have both attacks and the child learns both? Do the father and mother need to have one each so the child learns both? Or is it not possible to have a Pokemon with two egg attacks in PokeMMO?
