Welcome to YOLO's gym, the gym with the the fiercest doubles trainers of them all! We are currently located at the Battle Pike in the Battle Frontier, Hoenn: [spoiler]To get to our gym, simply fly to the Battle Frontier, and you will be located at the pokecenter. Turn west and north, and you will find the Battle Pike. [/spoiler] If you beat our gym leader, JIce, you will be rewarded with the Gemini Badge which you can add to your trainer card. However, in order to challenge our leader you must first defeat two of our gym trainers in battle. Hope you have a fun time battling one of the best doubles teams in PokeMMO! Gemini Badge Rules: 1. In order to challenge our gym, you must post your IGN in this thread. One of our trainers will then accept your challenge by replying with his or her IGN. You are now accepted as a challenger of the gym. 2. In order to battle the trainer that accepted your challenge, you need to schedule a battle with him or her in-game. All battles are doubles battles (see below for explanation.) After a battle has taken place, the trainer will post the result in this thread and it will be added to the OP. 3. If you lose against a trainer, you will have to schedule a new battle with the same trainer. Note that trainers are entitled to reject battle requests if you are rematching them too frequently (we recommend at most once a day.) If you lose against the gym leader you must restart the entire gym over again battling 2 new trainers. 4. If you win against a trainer, a new trainer will accept your challenge. If you have beaten two trainers, our gym leader will accept your challenge. If you win against the gym leader you will be promoted from challenger to champion, and we will inform Eggplant that you are entitled to obtain your Gemini Badge. 5. Gym trainers are entitled to ask for a small fee of 5.000 pokeyen after the second rematch if they so wish. This is in order to pay for lost time and berry consumption. Doubles battles: In order to to set up a doubles battle, you need to select the following: 1. Battle Type must be set to "Double Battle" 2. Battle Mode must be set to "Tournament Mode" 3. Under Allowed Tiers, "Ubers" must be checked 4. Under Active Clauses, "Sleep" must be unchecked The battle invitation should then look like this: [spoiler][/spoiler] Note in particular that all pokemon are legal in doubles, there are no ubers. Note also that sleep clause is not enforced, hence you can put as many pokemon to sleep as you want.
