Ok, let me tackle this without aggression. Please keep up with my explanation: Opponent sends torkoal. Sun shines brightly. Now you send gigalith, unleashing a sandstorm which disrupts sun. Opponent then sends exeggutor. However, the weather is sand and therefore exeggutor lost his ability and therefore the chances of it sweeping are slim. Also, the main problem here is not having giga drain on exeggutor. Is the fact you assume gigalith stays on exeggutor, which it doesn´t. Gigalith did its job to counter sun already, so all it has to do is to switch safely to something that can now counter an exeggutor outside sun, which isn´t that hard. tl;dr: After gigalith disrupts sun, no one stays with it against an exeggutor.

I sometimes wonder why people are so aggressive when it comes to other people using nonstandard stuff. (in this game) The one thing I agree with all these dumbasses that are disregarding the OP is the fact golduck doesnt really counter excadrill, kabutops etc etc. However, I believe that was just bad wording and he meant countering weather in general, not the mons in particular, which it does. So, for the OP. Test Golduck and see if it works for you. If it doesnt, try something else, if it does, just ignore everyone in here cause honestly, I have given up in the creativity of this game long ago.

You might want hp electric so you can take care of peliper too. (And gyarados). This way, it beats all weather setters.

I can confirm it does work because I have tried with a group of people and sometimes, if enough people sign up, matches are found. However, we need some kind of motivation to make more ppl sign up for these tho.

In my legit opinion, most of those OGs are dead and bad right now. People should move on and realize newer people can be good too. Actually this season pretty much confirms what I just said. Unless of course watching battles where 90% of people don´t even know what a new pokemon is able to do is fun.
