An easy way to increase Speed EV is to fight diglett and dugtrio in the diglett's cave (100% diglett's area) And an easy way to increase Attack EV is to fight paras in the Mt. Moon (take the first ladder to the right after the entrance and walk Inside the passage : 100% paras's area) I hope that my advice could help you ;) Kenttinchu
