Title. I was trying to obtain every contest ribbon only to realize that combos just... don't work...? Whenever I try to do one (i.e. rain dance hydro pump) it simply doesn't go off. Without these contests are insanely difficult and luck dependent since the ai can still make use of these combos, am I just stupid or is this a bug?

Well OK, what i'm saying is that like when you trade a 6x31(IVs) pokemon to an NPC. Will the received Pokemon be a 6x31 (IVs) or will the IVs be randomized?
