  1. Eon Squad for life! \o/ That shiny wasn't a bad start for an Eevee "faction". :)
  2. Thanks everyone for the nice words! The community and channel have been very nice to me so far! ^_^ Tried my luck against some experienced comp players with perfect Pokémon and movesets, and haven't done that badly. :P Good times! Hoping to be part of this thing for a long time to come!
  3. Hello there everybody! Just started this game about a week ago or so. I'm a very casual player; I won't touch breeding at all, and for me decent nature and IVs are everything that really matter. I just play this for fun and casual player vs. player battling. I'm a veteran with Pokémon so I usually know my stuff. Been with the franchise right from the start, since Game Boy Color and my copy of Pokémon Red. My interest toward the franchise sometimes wanes, but it seems I keep coming back at it... I'm only about to finish Kanto as the Victory Road awaits next. I've done everything else but progressed in the story in the last few days. I've caught Pokémon, trained my party, sold and bought, traded, lended a hand, given advice, stuff like that. Maybe I'll finish Kanto in the coming days and then head for Hoenn for the first time! I seek to help people out if they have troubles starting the game or so. I could sell a Pokémon cheaply or even give it away, depending on my mood and money. :P Come to me if you have questions, I try to help out the best as I can. :) I already have my main channel and I'm active on the chat as well. It's nice getting to know you people!
  4. I LOVE the fact that shinies are so hard to find, that there's no shortcut to them. That's how they remain exotic and special, unlike in the main series games where you can chain them all you want. This is how shinies are supposed to be, IMO: rarities. Very rare, at that. This, however, makes it so that shinies end up into the hands of those few players that have enough money to buy them. I guess you can't really do anything about that. You can either hold onto your shiny or sell it, simple as that.
