If you want to test with a small sample size to begin with, I'd suggest giving the modifications a go with only Smeargle, since that's the one in the picture you shared. Smeargle has national dex number 235, so look in the aforementioned .txt file for the number 235, and change the settings on that line only. After a few edits, you should be able to see if the coordinates in fact has an effect on the location where the particle animation is played, you can then change others accordingly if this works. This is most likely due to the GIFs having improper coordinates. Unzip the mod and edit the coordinates of every pokemon with the issue in the table-coordinate-mods.txt file. Then re-zip it and try again.

Miltank is a female-only species. The GTL has a "Hide female-only species" in the advanced search. But for reference, here's a list of female-only species, and here's a list of male-only species. Making this mistake the first few times is always confusing and super annoying. Good luck with your Excadrill breed ^^

While in-game, if you press Settings > Utilities There's a tool to dump Pokedex data. It has all their info in json files.

It "exists" in the sense that it's in the game files, and has a name attached to it in the strings. But it isn't actually available in-game. Any vanity with "(???)" next to it, isn't available to get in-game as of now.

I have had my side buttons bound to the A and B buttons for a good while now, and nothing has happened. It should still fall under the general rule of thumb of; "1 key press = 1 action in-game". Maybe a mod can chime in to confirm it 100% ^^

Guide has been updated: General Phantom and Shiny Phantom particles are now documented. Red Dragon and Shiny Kanto Friends particles have been updated to show both sides of the field at the same time. Fixes Anniversary Cake is a seasonal item, and the guide now reflects this. Misc. formatting changes to make everything look better.

The gist of it is that, some apps like auto clickers, stay open in the background constantly, and inadvertently "hook" (not the correct term, but you get the idea) into PokeMMO as a side effect, because it just aggresively "hooks" into any and all apps it can. That "hook" is what PokeMMO is detecting. Now, then they mention "incorrectly coded apps" doing this, it refers to said apps "hooking" into everything, instead of only doing it on a select app it was designed to. A properly made auto clicker should be fully possible to have installed, while not getting banned, as long as it doesn't "hook" into PokeMMO as described. TL;DR: PokeMMO detects apps that are "hooking" into it. This is a side effect of unrelated apps that are ultimately not made optimally/properly.
