there are bellsprout,magnemite,meowth and pidgey in route 6. in order to farm this now you have to be patient. best solution right now is buff the money we get in NPC without amulet coin and make it obtional to use it since it became 4 times harder to get, but i don't see it happening which leads to a nerf to gyms and npc's income after the nerf on amuletcoin. i don't see any viable way of getting money other than leppa berry.

This no longer works. Now is in route 6 obove vermillion city you use sweet scent which leads to hordes of 3 meowths can appear. (since persian no longer holds amulet coin) the pokemon i use now are frisk lead (gothitelle) [to see if the meowth horde has an item, gloom (sweet scent) [for hordes], 2x bownsly lvl 11 (thief) [to steal the items] this poke is resistant to meowth's kit and it doesn't kill it. i hope this helps you. :)

Got a new way of farming similar as the other one route 6 this time i use a modest sudowoodo there you can find hordes of 3 meowths which it complicates it a little is there are other 3 kinds of hordes as magnemite and bellsprout. gl with the farm.

interesting i've been getting from 1-3 amulet coins in same horde like 3 or 4 times every 3 horde.

i think everstones,shards and heart scales should deflate, but looking at the stock in the gtl this will not happen. through out the time i believe amulet coins and lucky eggs will have about the same end as everstones. (i think players will overexploit this items while they can since sinnoh's PTS will start which means the new region is near).

Wouldn't this be better with just lowering the cooldown on gyms to being able to do them twice a day? i mean this update is pretty good tbh i like the way it is going,but with sinnoh's PTS getting soon i think the amulet coin will drop in price as much as the everstone as well the lucky eggs. people will try everysingle source of income idk about anyothers than gyms after the berry nerf which was kindda deserved.

It's an interesting mechanic nerfed the income on gyms and NPC's to make us farm amulet coin to have the profit we had before that nerf.

Only thing we are missing is where to find small lucky egg now spit it out!

i found one in 4 mins using frisk,sweet scent+ sableye thief in i5 if this helps you :)

the income we get right now i think is about the same as the original one we had back in 3rd gen before its nerf.

currently gyms with the amulet coin buff give 13.4k pokeyen despite the puzzles and probably takes around 2-3 to do all the gyms. also you can get an amulet coin in less than 5 mins with frisk sweet scent and a sableye in island 5 with persian/meowth.

Hmmm i believe what made togekiss a thread wasn't much its strategy well part of it was, but its move pool which is extensive that mon has a decent speed and incredible bulk which the strat would be pray to flinch. most sets people use now days are these Bold/Calm air slash,roost/soft boiled,healbell/twave, nasty plot (stall breaker togekiss) timid full speed full hp with nasty plot,sub,air slash,aura sphere (used in compositions like dual screens and regular offensive teams) [i don't think mons to out speed would work well on this one unless you sac one poke to lower its hp] 4 SpA Togekiss Aura Sphere vs. 168 HP / 0 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 96-116 (48.9 - 59.1%) -- 98.4% chance to 2HKO +2 4 SpA Togekiss Aura Sphere vs. 168 HP / 0 SpD Tyranitar in Sand: 192-228 (97.9 - 116.3%) -- 93.8% chance to OHKO (with the boost of 1 nasty plot) 4 SpA Togekiss Aura Sphere vs. 8 HP / 0 SpD Magnezone: 78-94 (53.4 - 64.3%) -- guaranteed 2HKO +2 4 SpA Togekiss Aura Sphere vs. 8 HP / 0 SpD Magnezone: 156-184 (106.8 - 126%) -- guaranteed OHKO 252 SpA Magnezone Thunderbolt vs. 252 HP / 0 SpD Togekiss: 138-164 (71.8 - 85.4%) -- guaranteed 2HKO after Leftovers recovery i could continue with this but i'm lazy af those calcs were without even screens on. timid/modest scarfed all out attacker air slash,aura sphere,x,x (used for offensive teams) 252 SpA Magnezone Thunderbolt vs. 0 HP / 0 SpD Togekiss: 138-164 (86.2 - 102.5%) -- 12.5% chance to OHKO after Leftovers recovery Ttar kills but don't we forget about our pokes being able to switch into others and pursuit doesn't do the damage on the other hand this thing 2ho ko's most of its counters or flinches to death everything offensive that are not one of those mons i mentioned. I think there is more their counters where to be seen as offensive mangezone,lanturn, TTar, for some excadrill, but the truth is this poke can just go in one turn predict that and eliminate that thread or gain damage on it that way it exerts more tension in the match for the other player at the end if this works it would be an easy flinch sweep. On the defensive side to play stall people had to get unusual gimmicks for this which is aerodactyl careful and milotic timid (to out speed). this pokes stats are incredible i don't see it broken but it kindda bothers me trying to figure out what kind of set is my opponent gonna have so if you don't guess right you might end up losing a crucial poke.

They already said dungeons were not happening anytime soon and their main focus is Sinnoh.
