Are you speaking of EVs or still IVs? If you are speaking of EVs, unless you have maxed the stat out at 252 or accumulated a sum total of 510 among all stats the Pokemon will still gain EVs. If you are referring to IVs, those will continue to narrow as you level the Pokemon until it hits level 100. By the time you reach level 100 all the IVs should be narrowed to the exact number.

Also saw that they are going to reboot League of Extraordinary Gentlemen.

The IVs are randomly assigned when you obtain the Pokemon initially. They will not change as the Pokemon levels or evolves. The range that you have will eventually narrow until there is one digit between 0-31 for the stat.

Personality Values Looks like someone missed an awful lot of text pertaining to how shininess is calculated in Gen 3. IVs don't play any part in it as you can see from the above formula taken direct from Bulbapedia's articles on Shiny Pokemon and Personality Values.

There is and there isn't. The empty space around the cities is intentional negative space. The tiles that were added to make the dock were added into an area the player could normally walk into. This suggestion requires rearranging buildings in at least 12 cities to add one building and then creating another map to house the inside of the bank. Just because there is space to do something, that doesn't mean it should be done. The mother figure is the most notable area where money has been stored in the handhelds and it makes zero sense to add some extra building just to save money. Adding the save functionality to the mother, from G/S/C and HG/SS, would better serve the purpose of this suggestion. No need to add extra buildings or maps, just extra functionality. To be honest I don't see any need to have a central bank just to see how much you have on alts. The devs have been going in a direction to discourage alt runs and having this sort of functionality just encourages them.

You really should look into SMM. The reason why it's suggested to have those offered as well is because most sites you will run into that have poor SEO are also poorly designed. Occasionally you'll find a few sites that are well designed with poor SEO, but those are few and far between. Also be sure to leverage responsive design. That allows the websites to be opened on a mobile device like an iPhone or Android.

Depends on how good you are at it. You'd want to offer more the just SEO service to be viable. Most companies that offer SEO also offer web development packages and Social Media Marketing (SMM). It's not something you want to make full time right away.

I have. You need to be sure to hit certain keywords and target them for the area the site caters to. For example, let's say you are performing SEO on a radio station website for a city. You would ensure the keywords used by search engines to index the page are targeted to the broadcast area of that radio station.

If any sort of saving system is implemented it should be through the mother/caretaker. This way there would be no need to redo the maps just to add this functionality. Additionally this would put additional strains on the system since players are required to obtain their own roms. How are players supposed to obtain a rom containing a custom map for PokeMMO? PokeMMO does not distribute roms, nor do they allow players to distribute them on their services.

It's none of the above. It is it's own genus of species that shares traits with all of them with the fox being more dominant.

I don't believe you could remove items from Pokemon in boxes in gen 3 but I may be mistaken. Will have to pull out the handhelds again to check.

Sounds like you've toned and built dense muscle. Also clearing your mind works well because you channel more energy to what you're doing rather than thinking about anything else.

May as well post here. I'm gearing up to start a training regimen for backpacking. The goal is to hike a good portion of a 56 mile training trail for the Appalachian Trail sometime next year. Starting off with a planned 6 mile hike next weekend on flat ground and 10 pounds in my pack. The goal is to be able to hike 13 miles on flat ground with 5 days of supplies packed by the end of month one. After that we will slowly start building up on hill difficulty. This will be fun since I had tendonitis in my left foot and IT Band syndrome in my left leg. Luckily not at the same time. Both hurt like hell.

I think one time I caught a whole branch. Sucker didn't want to come out of the water and decided to break my line instead. More seriously though, I've tried fishing for King Carp before. Those suckers are huge but sadly I didn't have strong enough line to hold them. I lost many a good hook to those suckers. Also have one lake where I swear a largemouth bass was stealing my hooks. The sucker would bite and start pulling away and as soon as I tried to reel it in my line broke. Of course I had to try again because the first few times it happened I didn't learn that my line weight was too light.

You are half right and half wrong. I have not made a Shiny Espeon theme, but I do plan to make one at some point. I just have to get the renders and coordinate the colors just right. Plus I have a couple other themes on the list ahead of it. tl;dr I haven't made a Shiny Espeon theme, but I do plan to make on in the future.
