Those are different suggestions, one of the SB rules is one suggestion per thread.

I'd see this as more of a Jobs thing, when you finish your normal storyline you could get to choose a job, different jobs give out different things, it could be money, items or even boosts. Not sure if you agree with this though, just thought I'd point it out here.

To place sprites you have to get a link for example, and then press this button ( ) - a window should pop up, paste the link there. Example: I want to use this image http://pokeunlock.com/wp-content/uploads/2015/01/mudkip.gif . So I click and then copy that link into it.
