Thanks for the welcomes. I have not submitted a request to the support forums. It seemed as though they were only available for client related issues.

All I remember is that my old username on the forums and in game was "xBear". I tried to recover my old account, but I couldn't remember any of the details... So here I am, with a new account, under a new name, ready to start again from scratch. I look forward to exploring all of the updates and changes that I have missed out on from over the past couple of years. See you in game!
