I don't really agree with your views. Tier council members are experts in their respective tiers. With that said, I think it's great when they see a Pokemon that is too strong (or weak) in their tier. Everyone has a say in whether a Pokemon changes tiers, and if you bring up a great point then the council members will take it to heart when making their decision.

Nope. Repel only repels Pokemon that are a lower level than your leading Pokemon. Since the levels are 30 for the common Pokemon and 35 for Relicanth (when using Repel), 31 works. Btw, which route are you guys farming on? I'm on Route 124.

I just tried using a Level 31 Chinchou, and still nothing after 10 Max Repel.

Regarding Green Shards: Total Encounters: 413 Relicanth: 23 Green Shards: 3 Deep Sea Scale: 1 Time: 3 hours, 6 minutes Well, this is highly discouraging. It takes longer to obtain shards for one move than to train an entire Pokemon (EV, leveling to 50). And I still have to do this for 3 more moves. :( Edit: I also tried the Repel method, but after 8 Max Repel and no encounter it didn't seem very financially efficient.

I've been wanting this the most honestly. It should be noted that all possible evolutions and their methods should be included: Level Trade Trade + held item Happiness Happiness + daytime Happiness + nightfall Attack greater than Defense Defense greater than Attack Attack and Defense equal Beauty Evolution stone I'm probably missing some, but you get the point. ^_^

Hmm, this makes me wonder whether or not PokeMMO uses a proprietary capture formula. The generation 3 capture mechanics are here, and a valid calculator is here. According to the calculator, a level 40 asleep Ditto should have these capture rates per ball: Poké Ball: 27.973% Great Ball: 40.958% Ultra Ball: 62.424% I don't think this is something to complain about since the capture rates seem to be higher in PokeMMO, but I do find it interesting. ^_^

One Horsea that is 1x31 and a bunch of Ditto that are 1x31 would work, but it's far from optimal. Keep in mind that: Ditto are expensive Horsea has a high encounter rate Male and female Horsea can breed together Eggs take longer when you breed with Ditto compared to breeding two Horsea Edit: Oops, that won't work since Ditto can't breed with Ditto. :v You can use one Horsea and a bunch of Pokemon in the same egg group though.
