Putting an offensive characteristic uber pokemon down into a tier to stop walling DOES NOT determine whether a pokemon should move down a tier after it's already been pushed up for offensive uber. If you don't like it, oh well.

you do realize Hariyama will one shot all these pokemon except for Slowking right? Also considering Slowking would have to swap in on Hariyama to wall it, and Hari is faster, Hari will win that battle. The only way any of your calcs make sense is if it's for revenge killing, which is still unhealthy because if you look at pokemon like Wobbu and Dugtrio (who are Uber mind you), they were banned because of the fact they can take a pokemon down with them no matter what.

I'm not a fan of gifs myself just because it's like just throwing text onto it, not much room for creativity. Overall though the text you put in was placed in good positions, easy to read and all have a nice color to match the style of each gif. Also the gifs aren't boring, so it's nice.

Blaziken would be instant Uber with Speed Boost tbh Politoed might even jump to OU with Drizzle Venu would either be centralizing in OU or be Uber with Chloro Sharpedo would probably go to UU or OU with Speed Boost Ninetales would either be centralizing UU or BL/OU with Drought Those are just the main ones I see that would change the meta game in a huge way. The change wouldn't be too big it would mainly be a look at these certain pokemon and how they perform. I don't think a hard reset would be required but I definitely think it would take a while to sort out where all these pokemon with their new abilities would fit in tier-wise.

Early on it's really hard to face him, but once you hit 6 you can easily beat him if you bait out his w with your w. I've had to face it quite a bit in NA
