The upstairs at hoenns league has nothing but the upstairs at kanto has a woman at the battle desk that will tell you banned pokemon you cant use... the only questions are.. cant use for what? and are those legends??? Im thinking the update coming out "next February" (as shown on the tv at your moms in hoenn after you beat the e4) will have these legends released.
