Well, every Pokémon from gen 1 to gen 5, excluding several 4g Pokémon and every Legendaries with the exception of Mewtwo, Rayquaza and Zekrom.

What I recommand you with exessively rare Pokemon is to make as many eggs of them as you can, and make them hatch with optimized shiny boosters (Shiny Charm + Donator Status) ~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~ Salutations. Tarsal ne peut apparaître en horde. Pour les Pokémon excessivement rares, je te recommande de produire autant d'oeufs de ces derniers que tu le peux, puis les faire éclore avec tes boosters de Shiny/Chromatiques optimisés (Shiny Charm + Status Donateur)
