Weight: 155 lbs, goal is to reach 165 lbs by the end of the year
Start going to the gym regularly again once my shoulder feels better ( fucked up my rotator cuff a couple months back)
Eat more in general, limit the amount of soda I drink
100 push ups Daily for the whole year ( just finished today's, this is gonna be fun...)
Have my body ready for a firefighter Calendar photo shoot
