I'm trying to get back into playing, and NU being my favorite tier, I want to find the most up to date tier listing for it. Can someone help me out?

Well, luckily I got a male. After the first fail, I had to breed with the female nidoran again and again until I got a male one.

I want to make a 3x31 Naive Nidoking. But Nidoran's gender cant be chosen can it? And if that becomes the case does this mean that I have to hope and pray that the final result will be Nidoran M?

I'm so confused when it comes to breeding a 3x31 Nidoking. I want it for my NU team. Naive with max speed and split offenses. How would I go about doing this? It's completely random when it comes to breeding nidos, correct? And since only one egg can be obtained at a single time does this mean that I'm just SOL if a nidoran F comes out when I breed a Nidoran M with ditto?

Is there a list for all of the Pokemon in the tier? I want to make an NU team with my friends, but the Pokedex is unreliable as I'm constantly told that a certain Pokemon I choose is no longer in the NU tier. A little help informing me on the current matter?
