The update needs a lot if fixing, as you yourself stated. The devs know that and are working their absolute hardest to fix this as soon as possible for us. There is already a thread here where you can discuss the PTS, so I suggest going there :)

This is a topic that was much discussed before. The option isn't there and won't be coming there. If you really feel that it should, go ahead and make a suggestion in the Suggestion Box.

No, you will not lose them. The character created on the PTS is temporarily and will be wiped again. You will keep the character you currently have when the new region is live :) If you have any more questions, feel free to send me a PM.

As Billa stated, the shinies will stay on the PTS and there is no way of recovering them. Goodluck with finding your own.

Omg you guys just be happy with the prizes for once. All you can do is complain about staff for not doing it your way. Do you have any idea how much work they have to pull off? This isn't their fulltime job, so ofcourse it takes longer to do certain things. I've judged an art contest once and damn, there are so mant entries that it takes a few days to scan them over.
