I'm Thinking in something like this (I want a mix) -Dragon Dance -T-Punch -D-Claw -Flamethrower Life Ball 252 Speed 152 sp Atk 100 Atk Evs But I'm asking between use D-Claw for Flygon or EQ for Jolteon. Also, it has HP Dark (not even bother but sounds cool) Also Fire blast or Flamethrower, wich is better?

I run no Evs speed to hit 202 under rain and OHKO Jolteon, but I don't know is would be better give him some evspread on speed, or changing the HP spread. Also, what move could be the best in the 4 slot?
