Basically it's paying 1200 for an everstone vs paying 20k-40k for one on the market. The only draw back to this method is not everyone has a spore/trick smeargle. For those that do, shouldn't take more than 10 minutes to find an everstone using that method

The way I hunt everstones is I use my smeargle, then I spore/trick to see if graveler has it, then I use a ultraball if they don't wake up and explode. The ultraball has worked for me wit out having to false swipe
