I'm pretty sure I can get heal bell from a tutor, right? If so I should probably just breed them, get wish with bp, and use the shard tutor to get heal bell? Thanks for helping me btw

So I have this Pikachu and Blissey I want to breed. Here are there ivs and natures: [spoiler] [/spoiler] Are there any breeding moves I can get onto Blissey with somewhat ease? Am I using the ideal held Items? Is there anything I can do to make this better before I sacrifice a comp Blissey to the Pokégods? Is it possible to get Wish and Heal Bell/Aromatherapy on Blissey with the tutor after I breed them? All help is greatly appreciated. EDIT: I do have this *Decent* Eevee which has Wish if I need to do that to get it on my blissey. [spoiler] [/spoiler]

If you read the TOS you actually own nothing, they can just remove your account for and I quote "any reason or no reason". Being against a server wipe is one thing but in the end its up to the games creators. I personally am for a server wipe, seeing as so much is changing, and it will be intensely unfair for new players. Similarly to pulling a thorn from your flesh, it will hurt in the beginning, but it in your best interest. For the record, I collectively on my accounts have about 900 hours of playtime, and I have been around for about a year.

They would probably have to edit it a lot and remove the story from after you get 8 Johto badges to keep the old Kanto because having two Kantos is confusing as hell. Not to mention, the changes to the 2nd gen style to the 3rd gen to match these regions of this game would be pretty hard, although people have done it, I'm sure that the developers would rather make it themselves. They still have work to do on gen 3 so even if they worked on gen 2 instantly after making gen 3 I think it would still take a good year and a half to come out. I personally didn't like johto at all so thats fine by me

I think paydaying or using the vs seeker would be the best option for you, but you should look into breeding when it comes back.
