agree.
if you're filtering by egg group, odds are, you're intending to breed.
it would make sense to exclude pokemon who cannot breed, and never will be able to.
then there are pokemon who will be able to breed after evolution, which at least, merit a little consideration on whether or not they should be included in searches.

I would imagine that the mod that bans you is not the same mod that reviews your ban appeal and closes it.

So basically, a completely different mod read your ban appeal, went to look at the evidence they probably have in storage somewhere, went "oh yeah lmao he's def guilty" and closed it.
And if multiple people agree that, without question, you're definitely RMT'ing... then you probably were.

they typically don't reveal much info cause they don't want you to learn how you got caught, and then adapt, overcome, etc.

why design new features to get around the problem for veterans that is "gift pokemon" status
when gift pokemon is a problem devs made up in the first place
while op may have identified a real issue, i think the proposed solution is a lot of extra steps compared to the simple ones:
-just give them 6x31-just dont make them gift

i think whatever reward you get for sacrificing legendary should be temporary, so as not to be too broken.
like donator status or something. -

Background music is moddable, so you can always just replace it with a more "epic" song of your choice.

1 - in theory, all damage formulas are the same in regular pokemon and in pokemmo.
2 - i imagine "effective stat" is just whatever is displayed on the pokemon's stat screen. plus temporary in-combat buffs.
as in, it's basically: double your base stat, add iv and ev bonuses, scale it to your level, then add nature bonus.
and then if you like, use swords dance in battle, that probably applies too, doubling your effective stat.
3 - if the objective is just getting the calculation result so you can play pvp, there already exists a tool for this that everyone uses.

I'm primarily of the opinion that labbing the mechanics and then making guides is part of the fun. At least, for some people.
Others just gonna have to wait for the guides to drop.
It's generally a healthy ecosystem imo, but it can depend on the specific mechanic.
It's arguably less effective for limited-time events where people already have a limited time to grind, they may not want to sacrifice half that time just waiting for someone else to publish a guide.
Unless it's really quick to document, or recurring over many similar events.

I think "Stop showing Unknown OT label" and "make it so that only the OT can breed it" are two different suggestions.
I heavily disagree with the latter, I don't really see the point of that.
Just sounds like an idea you came up with to help implement the former -- and not actually the primary point of what you want to accomplish.
Now, let us discuss, for aesthetics, the simple removal of "Unknown OT" label.
We must ask, if we don't show "Unknown OT", what do we show?
the name of the dude who found the shiny?
or the name of the dude who did the breed?
the current "unknown OT" implementation feels like they just predicted that the "OT" involved in a breed, who doesn't get picked for display, will feel like they got shafted.
So they just pick the solution where nobody is happy, so at least it's fair.
But we could just actually pick to shaft one side, in favor of the other.
And in this scenario, my choice is to display the name of the dude who found the shiny.
You can already only pass shininess down same species via the mother anyways. just pass the OT along.
And then, if it's bred, add the notorious asterisk to show that some other dude pumped a bunch of money into it to upgrade its IVs.

if transparency is your one issue, i think you can basically install any ui mod that didn't make the background transparent, regardless of whether it was intended to have a focus on accessibility or not.
just search for one you like.
for example,

there's probably a relatively large correlation between OT and seller.
and gtl is anonymous for a reason. (i'm not exactly sure what the reason is)
but i imagine, in order to argue for search by OT, you'd basically have to argue for reverting anonimity of GTL.
...then again, OT is already available information in GTL, it just takes shit tons of clicks.
