the fact is..we have now a hyper ofensive metagame....you need to make a healthy metagame, and that's include the stall....the people really like to complain about people using 4 walls or even 6 (hi plata xD) but that...in a healthy game must be an option...you can win using both or even a mix of both....u can win using just spikes and WW/roar...etc that is beyond you like it that playstyle or not...that is called "balanced metagame"....whit the hyper ofensive metagame we have..a ban of the dragon is healthy 4 month ago they banned pokes untill even breloom can be a really uber guy, now you have even in lapras a possible hard physical hitter...you see?, is a tottaly different metagame

is no way we are in the same position as 4 month ago for 2 reasons. 1- is a tottaly diferent metagame than 4 month ago 2- i dont think the TC make the same mistakes i dont think hera deserve a ban you just need to chek the first move (almost alwayss) to realize what build is the oponent running..and for everything it have really hard counters

eq, claw, crunch, SP is a strong set for flygon IMO

goldeneyes isnt a good example he was sweept by a clefeable in a psl i can remember that =V btw...u r right cody..mauville/viridian isnt relevant for comp scene

reversal can be problematic but we need to test that lets give some time..anyways i dont think the council decide a flat ban =/

u dont need to explain me how to deal whit nite xD..that's not the discussion what im trying to tell u is...a good player can use the assumption of a band nite and hit u hard..(bring back the old and good sub puncher nite for example) the sub one can hit slowbro whit t-bolt at least 2 times, can hit whit focus punch to metagroos....but all of this is just an example when a poke can carry that set, a really strong sp set, and a band set whit a broken stat and can even get a x4 weaknees hit and not die...then i think a pokemon is really broke IMO nite is totally banwhorthy

my point is...nite have acces to many AND viable moves and sets.and that's make him a problem sure, a band whit claw, t-punch, e-speed, superpower is the most comon and maybe the big coverage set of a band one but even whit the claw hit your metagross in the switch in u gonna stay whit your metagross whit no worries and dont think the nite can be a DD user whit EQ or fire punch?..the option is real, and if u dont dont conisder that in the middle of the match, then u r a bad comp player

i know u want to defend your point but even you cant believe that how a user od DD and/or e-speed really need a good speed base? Dnite is broken and (like gonthug said) outclassed very good options for late sweep or hard hitters like flygon for example the multiple moveset of nite make him extremly unpredictable

i dont think bliss is longer a problem with the split..so many pokes have now really viable options to hurt that bitch bro is the best option untill we have things like roost, toxic spikes, stealth rock and rocky helmet...but really that hit beast like nite (this need to be banned), metagross, blaziken, swords dance sceptile, flygon, etc...will be a really big problem..skarmory without roost isnt a good option (and magneton..lel) then we have forretress?..good luck walling a CB medicham boy without milotic what we can do?..the faster and strong will win every single duel?..that's isnt funny also

IMO the ou meta was very healthy when this little bastard was banned..and actually i was against a ban of trio in first place..but the result of the ban was really good..the same whit baton pass i think trio should be banned again

i think everything will be better whit a good money payout the new breeding system is actually good.. you dont need to run a 6x31 poke to win ..who make you think like that?, in a MMO the people whit more time spending will get the bigger results and im ok whit that, i know i havent the time to play more than 1-2 hours at day...and i can accept i maybe not gonna make my 5x31 metagross (and its hurts..really ='c) just fix the money payout, make something original or just make the e4 give us money again

in fact slowbro is a very good counter of gyara..if he switch in a DD he can slack off the damage gyara can not stay in a possible hp electric in slowbro vap hp electric is not hard or expensive to get..a perfect iv hp electric vap that is expensive and hard to get
