No i mean to change like the HP bar, in the game is rectangular in other color and I want to put it like in the picture ? and the exp bar too

No I mean like change the background, Battle-hud, main-hud...ect ect, not to edit it, just make a hole new theme ( How do I can do that ) For example if I want to apply those thing to the game ?

At the start all was all good, I changed the pictures then I open the program and everything was perfect, i change the background but after I wanted to change it and when i try to open the xml file in program it says that it couldn't open it, why it says that ? When I click the TWL theme editor it just says ( applicaton blocked by esurity settings and it just dont start ) Why it says that ?
