  3. If LC will still be available in PSL and other unofficial tournaments, I don't see any issue with the devs decision, they're seeing it from a marketing perspective and they made a choice. If they decided to remove it's mechanics from pvp that would have been a different case.

I urge my fellow LC players to keep playing the tier if they enjoy it, as unofficial LC tournaments are and will probably still being held weekly thanks to the community efforts.

  4. Porygon is too op for our current meta, bronzor heatproof still fears +1 discharge, while Munchlax is forced to recycle till it gets crit'd / status'd. Timid eviolite Download Pory can come onto 85% HP Timbur like a champ, and spam Psychic/ Tri atk, while Timburr must either mach punch and sac itself, or switch to something else that will probably get destroyed by +1 pory.

And No, unbanning the most centralizing poke ( Mienfoo ) won't do the meta any good, unless it is restricted from Regenerator.

Certainly Trubbish walls Timburr, but in the event of Uturn, Mienfoo heals hp while gaining momentum and bringing in something that can deal with Trubbish, Mankey can uturn but it doesn't heal from hazards next turn while switching out. Mienfoo on the other hand has the speed, the bulk, can heal by switching out, can get momentum with uturn, can setup with SD or Bulk up, can run knock off, etc.

Maybe Mienfoo will be less annoying the day we have hidden abilities.

You missed my point. Porygon MAY be broken now, I don't disagree with that. However, if that is the case, then its also broken with mienfoo in the tier( especially since Mienfoo isn't a counter, and totally can't check agility versions). So IF porygon is broken, we ban Porygon, we don't unban Mienfoo.

That is the first reason why unbanning Mienfoo to balance Porygon makes little sense.

The second is that unbanning a Pokemon to balance others is a dangerous argument and opens unwanted cans of possibilities like misdreavus with scraggy or scraggy with murkrow, etc, etc.

That's what i said, i agreed with your point saying Porygon was broken even before Mienfoos ban, but i never asked for a Mienfoo unban, if Porygon is broken it should be banned ^^

Porygon actually was amazing against most past teams, but only now that weakness became glaringly obvious, as with some other stuff.

I totally agree, but I gotta say Download may be broken.

    +1 236+ SpA Porygon Tri Attack vs. 236 HP / 236+ SpD Munchlax: 13-16 (39.3 - 48.4%) -- 43.8% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

    +1 236+ SpA Porygon Tri Attack vs. 236 HP / 236+ SpD Eviolite Munchlax: 9-12 (27.2 - 36.3%) -- 91.4% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock

    0 Atk Munchlax Body Slam vs. 236 HP / 36 Def Eviolite Porygon: 7-9 (26.9 - 34.6%) -- 17.6% chance to 3HKO after Stealth Rock

    +1 236+ SpA Porygon Tri Attack vs. 236 HP / 252+ SpD Eviolite Porygon: 9-12 (34.6 - 46.1%) -- 0.4% chance to 2HKO after Stealth Rock

Add the possibility of running agility on it and you got a sweeping material that does it's job without any effort, just by coming in against a pokemon that has a higher defense than sp.defense.

Well considering the shit show that happened, I think the hosts should have changed the playoffs to 4 teams instead of 6 teams. This would mean that no matter what Nincadas, Lunatones and Taillows would have never been in a position where they could qualify. Since Nincadas robbed Bats of their first victory in the season because of the Arce disconnection and the fact that overall Bats have a higher score than Villains on week 7, I feel like Bats performed better than Villains this season and that's why they should be the qualified in a 4 teams playoffs.

Basically, this would mean the playoffs would include Rotoms, Empoleons, Blazikens and Bats. There is no perfect solution for what happened, but I feel this would solve a lot of issues without creating too many.

Obviously, hosts chose another path and I understand where they are coming from, but seriously Nincadas and Lunatones please get gud xD

    XD
