  1. Not all of the eeveelutions necessarily need Wish.

You should first decide what role each of them should have in your team. For example it's probably recommended to have wish on umbreon and vaporeon as they often provide some bulky support. For the rest of eeveelutions it is not that obvious that they need a wish, they are usually used as sweepers / attackers. Of course you may turn any of them into more bulky versions that support their team with Wish but that's up to you.

Generally I'd recommend to choose eggmoves when planning the specific eeveelution. Check out these guides to find common movesets for your eeveelutions:

    - OU - All except from Flareon: https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/50959-bushs-ou-tier-competitive-pokemon-guide/

    - NU - Flareon - https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/55168-orangemaniacs-nu-competitive-guide/

As mentioned above getting wish on eevee is pretty tricky, you need to chain this eggmove because no Pokemon in field egggroup (this is the eggroup of eevee) learns it by level up. Breeding it yourself is pretty expensive so if you can find a field breeder on GTL that already has a Wish you should probably consider buying it even if it's a bit more expensive.

As of breeding all 31 stats this is another big discussion. Some people believe they should only breed perfect comps because it gives them advantage in situation where 1 stat difference really matters. Other believe that these situations are so rare that paying 1m+ for a comp is way too much. If you plan to breed 6 pokemon like that be prepared to pay 6 million yen and more.

    I personally like having:

    - for sweepers: 31 in speed and 31 in att or sp.att and the defenses/hp 25+.

    - for walls 28+ in defences/hp, 25+ in att or sp att, 20+ in speed.

If you would like to read more opinions on whether 31s matter that much or not, take a look here: https://forums.pokemmo.eu/index.php?/topic/59151-what-is-the-deal-with-people-and-31s/

  2. I'd personally make both. They're pretty much used for different tasks.

With Persian you can payday trainers on island runs and generally deal with higher level pokemon. Persian = more cash from payday.

Meowth on the other hand is useful when you battle a lot of pokemon to pick up items. So for example you can pick up items, while EV training and get some change from pay day too but it will be much less than what Persian can do cause with meowth (even on lvl 100) you may have problem with some lvl 50+ wild pokemon.

+Attack natures are best here so (Adamant, Naughty, Lonely) and high attack IV.

You can EV train attack in Kanto fishing in the pond near Fuchsia pokemon center.

Or in Hoenn fishing carvanhas on the east of Mauville.

Both with super rod I believe.

  3. Finally the child of bad RNG sold

    aerodactyl.png Aerodactyl F Jolly 273123, 9, 2231, Rock Head, eggmoves: Pursuit

Still cleaning my PC so breading requests are closed.

Bred some comp trapinches and sold on GTL.

Somehow even after breeding, I'm not getting anymore space in PC, could that be GTL's fault? ] :)

  4. What if there was unlimited PP on Metronome?

That would be cool although I see a very small chances that they would like to implement it. Leppa berry money sink, yay!

Not everybody wants to play Metronome with only pokes below 30.

Not everyone want to play tournament mode with pokes lvl 50 but that's what the standard is here. Level 30 pokemon came to be a standard for clefairy cup and these are not necessarily wild catches - these can be legit good natured, IVd and trained comps especially for this mode. :)

  5. I think giving 3 minutes per each move is really a lot. The matches would take ages as they used to. One of the points of implementing that timer was to make battles more dynamic.

But I also agree that 10 sec is way too little too. Even if you don't calc and only think about whether to attack or switch or what moveset can opponent have you often end up with having to make hasty decisions at the end of battle.

What about 30 sec per turn? i think its enough to assess the situation and choose the right action and it doesn't slow down the battle too much?

  6. How it is now:

When you collect the volcanic ashes (for a guy in Fallabor city who makes flutes and furniture from them) and activate repel no ashes are being added to you soot sack. When the repel is off the ashes are collecting properly

    How it should be

I believe in original games you were able to collect them with repels on. Not sure if in PokeMMO it was disabled on purpose or is it a bug.

  7. " Less scams, less reports, less work to do for our dear moderators" your words. If you wanted to talk about specific scams then you should be more specific. But still that scam you're describing will just turn into the scam we already have going around. Even more so.

I either gave some bad examples or you didn't really read what you quoted. Even if bad people try to use removing last '0' scam we have a means to detect it and we have it for a year or so. After both parties click ok you get confirmation window. You should read what system shows you and if after getting confirmation you still accept the trade well.. no system can prevent users stupidity sorry.

Anyways this is not a thread about trade scams in general. Lets get back to RP trading. My other examples were about trading items bought by RP. Now about trading real RP. Sometime ago there were people on forums offering to buy RP for your account and you could do whatever you wanted with these points. That kind of trade is really dangerous without some official trade system cause it is not an atomic transaction. You either have to pay like 1m to the player and hope they are legit enough to put RP on your account after they received cash. Or the other way around you may put RP on some users account and hope they will pay you for them after they already got points.

It would be cool if we could trade RP same as money via normal trade window.

  8.

    hi Panda!

I'd like to order the following:

    Pokemon: Gardevoir

    Nature: Bold

    Preferred IVs: HP: 27, ATT: x,  DEF: 29, SPATT: 25, SPDEF.: 25, SPE: 31

    Required Eggmoves: WoW, Encore

Nice to have Egg moves: Tbolt (not sure if that gets passed down and it's relearn able afterwards)

Budget: up to 650k if you're going to make it with a few more 31's than I listed

    Other comments: Take your time

Nxah2Id.pngThunderbolt is not an egg move on ralts so it wouldn't be relearnable.

I added 2 eggmoves you required (wow + encore) the other moves that passed are also eggmoves apparently.

I'm asking 550k for it. Let me know if you want to buy :)

    ---

P.S general comment - after I finish with vileplume the requests will be closed for a while need to get a hold on my boxes, breed some stuff together to make some space. Expect some random GTL future comps soon :)

  9. There definitely wouldn't be less scams, in fact I think there would be more scams. Say Scammer Joe is selling 1000 RP to Naive Billy for 1mil pokeyen. Last second Scammer Joe Reduces the price agreed on with RP to say 100 at the last second. Naive Billy doesn't notice it and trades his pokeyen. Naive Billy just got scammed.

These are not the 'type' of scams I'm talking about here. What you describe has nothing to do with trading RP in particular - this scam can be done while trading anything and we already have plenty of mechanisms helping to prevent this (special price formatting, special confirmation). You just need to pay attention what you confirm.

However with trading RP as is now we don't have in-game trade system for that. In fact we cant trade RP at all only some RP items. You have to either trust the seller and give him cash before he buys something for you and hope he gives you the item and not fly away with your cash. Or the other way around you buy the item for RP and then they back off leaving you with item. It can be ok if item is generally wanted but if you're left with some ugly color vanity.. rip.

And MOST IMPORTANT - we cant trade boxes anyway :(

  10. Make this happen pleeease :)

If not RP itself then at least allow the rest of non-tradable RP items to be tradable. Especially boxes. We (or at least me) have box crisis now. You should cater for women too in this game and we really like buying a lot of stuff we aint gonna use in the nearest future :P  Buying a lot of cheap stuff on GTL along with already existing breeding system that encourages collecting many breeders makes it very hard for those who only have default number of boxes. Please let us turn our hard earned yen into boxes somehow.

    Pros:

+ Less scams, less reports, less work to do for our dear moderators :)

+ More monies! I'm sure that there will be more people buying these to resell, demand will be huge.

    Cons:

    - Some people may complain that its pay to win but really additional boxes or vanities or amnesia brace don't even make you a better at battling and winning tournaments

    - More pokemon left in game rather then used or sold or released. Not sure if that has any crucial consequences though?

  11. Ok, I misunderstood what yo were initially asking. I read it at like 3 a.m. >.> If you are hoping for something like this, I don't think the Pokedex is the right place to put it. I could see this being a guide on the forums, but it doesn't seem to fit anywhere in the Dex.

It already is in pokedex just needs a clickable header (to sort ASC / DESC as on GTL) or simply be put in the right order from the beginning. xD

  12. I just want to say I greatly agree with removing these value lists. They clearly don't serve a purpose of actually selling or buying the shiny listed according to examples  given above.

Imo, rules should be you can only put a price tag on something you sell or something you are looking to buy for a given price.

I also agree that it should not only include shinies but other items and pokemon too but I never seen such lists for that tbh.

What is more if removal of value discussion was done in order to get rid of biased values and let the market stabilize through GTL then these value lists really kill the purpose.

At least at value discussion shiny traders discussed and validated each others values now these are just made by a bunch of people in shiny teams to try to manipulate the market prices without any discussion whatsoever.

On the other hand, though GTL mechanics are bad for selling shinies especially the rare ones. Nobody has so much pure cash to pay and taxes are really big at that value ranges. I don't think it will help stabilize shiny market for anything else than commons.

Last but not the least these lists are extremely annoying when searching for comp pokes and UTs. Many of the top results are these shiny lists cause they include all pokemon available.

    Edit:

I also think that random comments asking about  prices of things neither buyer nor seller has, should be moderated the same as 'nice shop', 'cool comp', 'long time no see how you've been' comments that are regularly removed from trade threads. :P These can be discussed in PMs

  13. From what I understand, everyone is asking for more specific or accurate rarity classes. Why not just add a few more? Many MMO games use a 5- or 6-tier system (the sixth tier being "Legendary", of course. That could be added when legendary Pokemon are implemented). Someone suggested adding two more rarity tiers being added. I think that would be the best way to do this. But I would also like to see a specific guide telling us what percentages fall into each rarity tier. For example, anything in the 50-70% is common or whatever. This would give us more specific data in our Pokedex while also telling us how rare a Pokemon must be to fall into a certain tier. It would allow the devs to keep their phrase-based rarity classes while allowing players to find the information on the forums to better understand what the devs consider "rare".

If they decide to go this route, then this could be easily implemented as a little popup. You can hover over some text saying 'Rare' and it would say for example '< 5%'.

  14. Another thing came to my mind connected with this suggestion. I'm still for showing the rates in % as is but if it's considered to easy or too specific how about making it more of a challenge to get these rates.

    It could work like this:

    - At first for each Pokemon you met you start with the situation as is now so you see all the locations and info - Rare, Uncommon, Common

    - To get exact % rarity you need to explore each route and meet a given pokemon in a way given in pokedex entry.

So in my example of  Wingull once you meet it at route 103 in grass and during daylight you will be able to see that 20% rate in a pokedex info all other rates for example night rate of this entry or route 103 but water entry would still be showing ranges cause you didn't yet meet it that way.

    Pros:

    - It adds a challenge and will be a fun activity for those types of people who like to collect/unlock stuff. Can be seen as some form of end game achievement same as catching all pokes in pokedex is.

    - Its an optional activity so those who were fine with just ranges and dont feel like running around checking each route can simply ommit it.

    - After gaining exact percentage rate it fixes the problems mentioned in original post and comments.

    Cons:

    - Obviously more advanced thing to implement, quite a lot of data would need to be stored on server side to remember each player, each pokedex entry unlock state.

    - Not sure how many people will want to use it without any additional incentive
