So you still need roms then? is there a guide on how to download etc?

Hi there! i played Poke-mmo awhile ago (when i logged in last message was from 2013 so its prob been about 3 years lol) But few questions, whats the game like now? is the download still the same where you need a fire red rom etc? how is the community on here? gonna bring 6-8 friends to play with me as well :p
