I think it is reasonable. Hordes alone make shiny hunting much easier as opposed to just one Pokémon at a time. I suppose you best be stocking up on some Elixirs and Ethers? :p

I would invest in Sp. Atk and Speed, those being Sceptie's strong points.

As mentioned above, remove any previous launchers, ect and completely re-download them again. Perhaps the issue could have to do with your ROM?

People nowadays generally grind my gears.

The Legend of Zelda: Ocarina of Time 3D was great, Pokemon X/Y, Super Mario 3D Land, A Link Between Worlds, there's quiet a few good games...
