What, are you assuming you can't use a scope lens in tmode? because you can. Trust me, the ratio is 1/8, 1/2 with a scope lens. Still very unlucky doe, but it can happen.

as a rule, an ut 5x31 is sold for 1.2 milz. Assuming you'd be willing to get the minimum you requested, 200k should suffice for a trained comp. Edit: maybe not the hp fire venusaur
