Wait though, there is one possible issue: Let's assume i want to battle with a friend who has his base on a small island. I go there, we battle then he logs off while i'm still in his base. If i'm left without a surf user, how do i get away from the island? (plz don't say "unstuck" guys). We could make it so that when you leave someone else's base (because with your own base the issue wouldn't exist) your team is restored to what it used to be when you got in, but i'm not sure if they could code that. Nontheless, this would be a very important feature to add, so it's definitey worth the effort. Secret bases have a lot of potential.

If anything the real problem is people tend to look at how many 31's a poke have rather than the overall sum of it's ivs. A 4x31 looks more appealing than a 6x30 for some reason

If you used a team consisting of 6 nu i can't blame him (unless he only complained because he lost). The reason why i battle in vermilion is to practice for tournaments and having to battle with uu teams is just annoying and a waste of my time.

There are 2 issues with our current bases: 1 Most of them are just too far from any pokecenter to convince any of your friends to follow you there. Because of that most bases end up being attached to fortree. 2 They're too small. The only layout where i managed to nicely put all my favourite stuff (stand, slide, snorlax doll, ragged desk, tire, christmas tree etc,) was the one with 3 rooms (tree). Regardless, it would be nice to have a bit more variety (and some extra uses, but that's off topic)

would appreciate some feedback. Bases as of now are widely ignored by most people
