If you'd like to change the name of a character, you can buy a name-change ticket in the gift shop but seeing as your other character already has that name, there's really nothing you can do unless you buy 2 tickets. Additionally, you cannot delete character or accounts in PokeMMO so that's not an option. Have a good day!

You need to actually open the GTL through the computer in the Pokemon Center, not simply open the window through your menu. If it's not that, you don't have enough money to make the listing.
